Provides support to the Account Service team in all aspects of customer support, employee benefits communication and overall project management
Account management responsibilities
Works closely with Consultants and other Consiliarium Group teammates to service clients, implement and renew group benefit plans
Primarily works on day-to-day servicing of the plans with both the customer and their employees, as well as assisting in the plan renewal
