Role /Experience

  • Provides support to the Account Service team in all aspects of customer support, employee benefits communication and overall project management
  • Account management responsibilities
  • Works closely with Consultants and other Consiliarium Group teammates to service clients, implement and renew group benefit plans
  • Primarily works on day-to-day servicing of the plans with both the customer and their employees

Personal

Jenna loves spending time with family, friends, and her two German Shepherds. She also loves to travel and explore new places. One of Jenna’s favorite places to explore is the Finger Lake Region where she particularly enjoys the lakes,  their local history, and hiking trails.
