Consiliarium Group, LLC. has an opportunity for an individual who is passionate about the healthcare field of Medicare. This is a full-time opening based out of our office in Pittsford, NY. The right candidate will be flexible to work hours in the office as well as comfortable working remotely.


Consiliarium Group, LLC.  is seeking a motivated and well-spoken Healthcare Sales Advisor with Medicare knowledge.  This individual will be responsible for working closely with each team member within Consiliarium to develop new leads, communicating with customers, understanding their needs, and ensuring a smooth Medicare enrollment process.  The ideal candidate is self-motivated and comfortable with working in a team atmosphere.

Minimum Requirements and Responsibilities include and are not limited to:

  • B.A. /B.S. degree with a minimum of two years sales experience. In lieu of degree, a minimum of three additional years direct sales experience.
  • Valid NYS Accident and Health License required.
  • Medicare, Managed Care, or related health care experience preferred.
  • Maintains knowledge of Medicare products and competitive positioning, options, and pricing to assist in educating targeted population
  • Maintains current and accurate knowledge of CMS requirements
  • Exceptional communication skills and ability to interface with individuals and groups of varying sizes.
  • Demonstrated sensitivity to interacting and communicating with the Medicare eligible market.
  • “Reasoning Ability” (comprehends and presents complex medical information in a manner that is understandable to the target population).
  • Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, etc.
  • PC Skills required.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to work within an evolving team and marketing strategy.
  • Exhibits a consumer-centric approach to selling.
  • Strong business, planning, and time management skills including proven ability capacity to manage multiple tasks and responsibilities.
  • Self-motivated approach to generate and follow-up on leads.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently (regional and consistent travel required) and ability to work flexible schedules.
  • Works effectively and collaboratively in a team environment
  • Organized and detail oriented
  • Assist in developing comprehensive marketing strategies and social media campaigns to build brand recognition and grow business in identified practice areas

Annual Medicare Certification Training Requirements:

  • AHIP Training / Recertification
  • Applicable Carrier Certifications / Licensing

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to independently travel throughout the designated region in Upstate NY.
  • Ability to carry marketing materials (provider directories, applications, etc.) to informational and lead meetings.

Work Environment:

This position works out of the Pittsford office; however, working remotely can be accommodated.
