  • Primarily works on day to day servicing of the plans with both the customer and their employees, as well as assisting in the plan renewal and RFP process.
  • Has a strong background in customer service and strives to provide outstanding support to all our clients.

Personal

Caitlin enjoys running and has completed a number of half marathons, relay races and a marathon. She also loves spending time outdoors exploring the Finger Lakes with her husband and two dogs.
