Partner, Customer Service Practice Leader
Sheryl serves as the Customer Service Practice Leader. Her areas of expertise include proactive client relationship management and strategic problem-solving. She is task-oriented and has a strong attention to detail. She exhibits a customer-first mentality and a strong desire to see her customers succeed.
Sheryl’s purpose and passion lie in providing exceptional service to all customers of the firm. At Consiliarium Group, Sheryl continually develops programs and implements processes to ensure that our client’s strategic goals and expectations are achieved.
Sheryl started her career in 1996 with Paul Revere Insurance Company. She was recruited and eventually went to work for Marsh and McLennan as a Benefit Analyst. In 2006, Sheryl joined Gallagher Benefit Services, formerly Providium Consulting Group, as an Account Executive. In this role, she managed a large customer base, which led her to become an industry leader in Customer Service. Most recently, Sheryl served as a Field Service Consultant at Metlife.
Sheryl holds her NYS Life, Accident and Health License.
