On February 15th, Consiliarium team members took to the phones and volunteered on behalf of the Annual Cares for Kids Radiothon benefiting Golisano Children’s Hospital.
The community came together for this very special two-day event raising over $250,000 which helps the hospital to purchase items for the kids, including video goggles for children who need MRIs, mamaRoo seats for babies in our NICU, and kiddie cabs, which can transport patients all over our hospital.
Small Business Council of Rochester held it’s annual 2018 SBC Cares Thanksgiving appeal, giving back to our community by providing food boxes to over 3,400 families.
In support of this campaign, Consiliarium committed to building 50 Thanksgiving food boxes. With the efforts between Consiliarium, Rochester’s Walsh Duffield teammates, and our other vendor partners, we achieved this donation goal.
On Saturday, Consiliarium spent time with SBC Cares and the Rochester community delivering the 3,400 boxes to the local organizations. We are very grateful and proud to be part of organizations who have great impacts within our community.
A mantra that we all should embrace and live by each day…being kind to one another.
The Fairport community is rallying behind 5 Fairport families with children diagnosed with cancer. Through this ongoing campaign, the school and community together are raising money for Golisano Children’s Hospital and CURE Childhood Cancer Association, a local non-profit providing assistance to families with children battling cancer.
At last month’s Fairport Homecoming, Make A Difference t-shirts were donated by a local company to raise funds towards this campaign. In addition, Consiliarium Group donated 1,500 Make A Difference Awareness Bracelets that were distributed among the students.
Make A Difference extends to not only rallying behind cancer awareness, but recognizing everyone is going through something. Going back to the mantra, being kind to one another. Doing random acts of kindness each and every day does make a difference in someone’s life.

On Saturday, July 14, 2018, the Consiliarium team and family laced up our ice skates and participated in the Racker Rivals Big Red hockey fundraising event. It was an opportunity for spectators to cheer on teams of celebrity NHL players, Cornell alumni, and local celebrities as they compete on the ice to raise funds to support programming for people with disabilities in the Racker community!
Racker Centers is a voluntary not-for-profit dedicated to creating opportunities for people with disabilities and their families. Their goal is to be responsive to the needs of individuals not only to provide services, but also to offer each person and family opportunities for growth and learning.
